FILMS
Introduction
For my photography class, I created four short films using the Canon EOS R5 and R6, and combined them with a variety of professional shooting techniques to enhance the narrative and visual expression. For example, I used close-ups to capture the characters' subtle emotions and expressions and to enhance the audience's emotional resonance; Wide shots to show the atmosphere of the scene and the relationship between the characters and the environment, and to provide a sense of space for the narrative; Tracking shots to capture smooth movement through a slider or stabiliser, and to increase the sense of hierarchy in the image; and Long take: In scenes where characters walk and talk, continuous shooting creates an immersive narrative effect. In addition, I also combined green screen technology to lay the foundation for the post-production of virtual scenes, showing a wider range of creative possibilities. These techniques not only enrich the visual language of the work, but also fully reflect my understanding and control of video narrative.
